Everyone knows a move to another country is never easy, but Tarik & Karla made this process so easy that I didn’t have to deal with any of the bureaucratic stress. updating experience at the request of the business management. Non responsive and didn't have the services that I would expect from a relocation service. I have moved internationally over 12 times and used these companies all the time. Everything from finding a home, rental, schools, shipping details, etc etc. My main areas of need were finding an apartment or house and shipping. These were not answered. For this reason I was not impressed with the service they offer.

The service was very professional and high attention to detail and customer care was provided throughout our whole relocation experience. Me and my wife were able to move from Rome to Munich, and receive clear instructions and informative presentations about everything we needed to be properly established in this new city. The service included support on getting a permanent apartment, internet, electricity, mobile services, bank account, and all the required bureaucratic government steps like the Wohnungeberbestatigung, Anmeldung, public health insurance, class tax change and residence permit. It is worth noticing that getting an apartment in Munich is extremely difficult because of the large amount of people moving in every month. With Move-In we were able to find multiple options adjusted to our personal needs and receive very professional counseling on how to handle each step of the application from visiting to signing a contract. We received very encouraging support during the difficult steps of our relocation to Munich, we felt that we were in very good hands and that we were taken care of. Furthermore, we could contact the relocation agents in very flexible schedules when we needed since some steps took place in very tight schedules. We feel extremely happy and satisfied with the service and we would strongly recommend it without hesitation.

The company Move-In offer great online webinars - I recently attended one about finding a Kita or kindergarten place for our child. The process can seem overwhelming to parents who are new to Germany but we received some great tips and were able to secure a place for our child soon after.

I had a difficult situation for few months in obtaining my residence permit due to a change in my address, waited for months and then realized that without a German speaking support, it is practically impossible to get my card. I got the contact of Tarik and Karla and approached them. In few days they could get the status from the office and in a month, I received my card.
